In-office Meal Plan

Service Description
This consultation may be added to the 45 min online or in-office consultation should you wish to receive an individualised meal plan. The meal plan has a 3-5 day turnaround time. The meal plan feedback session of 15-20 min will be scheduled as soon as the plan is completed conveniently for both parties. Meal plans are individualised to information obtained in the first online or in-office consultation. Meal plans will provide individualised portions according to the client's needs. The example meal plan will provide 3-4 options for breakfast, snacks, and lunch and 5-7 options for dinner. Recipes will also be provided where requested. An alternative portion list will also be provided to exchange options available on the meal plan and include even more variety.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 3 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 3 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a service charge as discussed with your practitioner.
